Shipping policy
At this time, Cheer Haven ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you, the customer, when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
At the moment, we ship via USPS and UPS.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take between 1 and 5 business days to process and leave our facility.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the affects of COVID-19, please plan and expect delays in the fulfillment process as well as transit times.
Shipping Carriers are bogged down due to the amount of online shopping and this is causing delays in us receiving supply orders AND order reaching our customers.
Saturday and Sunday are NOT Business Days. Orders received after 3:00pm are considered ordered on the following business day.
Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping provider (USPS or UPS) it’s usually an additional 1-5 days depending on your distance from our location. All ordered are shipped from Harlingen Tx, 78552.
Upon Shipping, you will receive a Tracking Number via email.
If you choose to return your order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The original shipping charges and up to a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. All returned items must be in original condition and free of any debris, contaminates or defects.
If your order qualified for free shipping, $10.00 will be deducted to offset the shipping cost we incurred.
All returns must be pre-approved and use a shipping method that includes tracking information. We are not responsible for orders lost during the return process.
No returns will be authorized after 5 days of order receipt.
